Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The Player acknowledges that by creating an account, playing at the casino or participating in any promotional activity offered by the casino, they are bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). The Player represents that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Account Creation

Failure to comply may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any winnings.
Payment Terms

We reserve the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal or change the status of an account at any time, including but not limited to restricting access to funds during the verification process.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and free spins must be wagered 35 times within seven days before withdrawals can be made. Certain games may have different contribution rates towards meeting these requirements. Bets on roulette, blackjack or other casino-style table games do not contribute towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
Maximum Bet Limitation
For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent activity, the maximum bet permitted for a game played with an active bonus is €5 per spin. We reserve the right to reduce this limit at any time.

No Refunds or Cancellations

The Parties agree that any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Raceway Casino may modify, suspend or terminate these terms at any time with prior written notice. These modifications shall become effective 3 days after being posted on our website. The Player acknowledges that continued use of the casino implies acceptance of such changes.
Breach and Termination
The failure by Raceway Casino to enforce a term within this Agreement does not constitute waiver, which must be in writing signed by an authorized representative of the casino management.
Governing Language
All communications with us shall be made in English language only unless explicitly agreed otherwise between parties involved.
License and Operations
Raceway Casino is operated by Raceway Casino N.V., a company registered under Curacao laws (license no. 000).
Data Protection Policy
We respect Player privacy rights while operating within the context of our business operations to protect information provided, comply with applicable legislation including GDPR compliance data handling principles.
General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Raceway Casino and its Players pertaining to usage terms. No one other than an authorized representative may change or alter these Terms & Conditions except through explicit written consent signed by both parties involved.

By using our website, all Users agree that they will comply with applicable laws and regulations and we are not responsible for ensuring compliance as it varies from region to jurisdiction.
